After initial concepts we decided to move forward with the watch display/ catch-all. We thought of different ways to bend the steel rod to create the optimal way of securing the watches. Ultimately after testing, we moved to a formed sheet of plastic to maintain rigidity.
To improve the overall aesthetic and elegance of the product we decided to move forward with a single bent steel concept.
We set forth to create a product that was gender neutral and able to fit within a large variety of rooms. Due to this we kept the CMF design towards neutral and natural colours/ finishes.
